I feel for the people with the reward points and i personally feel they should have the option of cashing them out...
However, in the same breath of air....I see marc's point that those bonus points are really a loyalty rewards program....and if you're ditching the program...thats not being very loyal....
However...just cuz i see his point doesnt mean i fully agree with it
