Just a question: did you look into why you could not log in?
I ask because there was a problem with a sponsor (BangBros?) a while back where people's passwords were not working & it was a database error that they fixed the next day.
Point being that, even though this situation probably did warrant the removal of the links, if you did that & it was a simple error, you'd probably feel silly.
