I'd love to lose 18 lbs, I need to lose about 40 but I don't have a scale like you guys do, I have a triple beam (like the doctors office) that be ok? I've been getting the workouts going, maybe this would motivate me to get the diet going. Last I checked I'm about 183, and need to be 145.
I can weigh in tomorrow morning, as I've already slugged down about 5lbs of fluid this morning it feels like, lol.
