I have a diet which can make you loose 10lbs and more a week

and i am not cheating

i used that one last year, but its so fucking boring to do a diet alone and because you loose weight fast you have to train your body...which will mean for me, going on that damn treathmill (or whatever you name that) everyday and doing all kind of things to not make all your skin flapping around.....it will be hell
