You could only come up 7 questions?

1 - Silver Cash is good. Nasty Dollar's free content is way over exposed, but the sites themselves seem to convert good. I don't use the other 3 for various reasons

2 - I usually go with the Per Sign Up option if it's available

3 - Top Lists are a decent source of traffic - you can poke around our Traffic Resources:

and look for some niche specific ones

4 - You don't really join Link Lists as much as you just submit to them. Most of the bigger ones do not accept auto submits (I'd suggest staying away from them)

5 - I've never used a trading script

6 - I've never bought traffic

7 - that all depends on how much time you're putting into it
