About the e-tickets, that's all I've ever had to do in the past. But this time, I was sent the itinerary email, and should have read more carefully. I assumed this was all I needed, but after looking closer I saw this letter stated that they were still processing the tickets and would follow up with a confirmation e-ticket, which I never received. So, I went to their site, looked up My Trips and this flight was listed as not booked/canceled/declined.
Ugh, I feel myself starting to rant just thinking about it!
Ah well, I should have been more attentive from the get go. Lesson learned.
