Why is there a link exchange thread when there is a when there is a link and traffic exchange forum? Do blogs really need to be special?
But to answer your question back a year or so ago I tried to get link exchanges out and almost everyone said they really didn't mind them being posted like this and thought the link exchange thread was pretty useless. But interestingly enough, they didn't want to just get rid of it either.
