I was looking in the right place - you don't have them in the no trial link codes:
50% RevShare - Full Joins - No Pop Up
If you guys are not offering no trial tours, then fine - just seems weird that these 4 are the only ones not listed under the "50% RevShare - Full Joins - No Pop Up" option.
