we are adding for all promo clips, flv videos for tube sites... can you tell me what is the best format for importing into tubes?

like

URL | DESCRIPTION | FLV URL ????

URL | DESCRIPTION | FLV URL | REGULAR URL (non flash)...with htm page?

TAGS | SITE NAME | URL | FLV URL
