Oh yes, a fee for everything, and no warning/announcement in advance, which is why I had to load money twice this morning. Of course, loading money (with fees) is at least possible. Actually paying someone from my Epass wallet (with another fee) is apparently impossible, still.
Being charged fees for putting money in
and taking it out is the most obnoxious part of the deal. But even that could be shrugged off if the darn thing even worked.
The new error message when I try to send money is:
"You do not have enough transactions to complete this request. Please try again later."
So apparently I need to pay more than one person at a time? Or send them two separate amounts? How is that even possible?
