I take a bunch of vitamins too. My cholesterol is staying under 200 being vegetarian, but barely. After telling my Dr. about the leg pains after trying statins the one time, he says I don't have a choice I have to keep it down without, because that can become life threating if I take it.
Oh well, I'll research some different kinds that absorb better. My grandmother had a lot of problems with being Vit B deficient, despite eating meat, so might be something genetic.
