Trixie, I'm not familiar with all the niches, only the ones I'm into, so I'm not sure what the deal is with other niche fans. But from what I've seen the people are more loyal and close knit, especially because their niche makes them that way, i.e. no-one outside their niche understands or even *ahem*ahem* accepts their fetish. I haven't come across major exploitation in my niche and where it has happened the community has gone out of its' way to put a stop to it

You could also be talking about "mainstream fetish", which is really just straight porn called a fetish, like two girls in Domintarix outfits with leather and chains and fucking each other with strap on dildos. That's not really a niche, just another form of mainstream material. Niche is something that is really out there and not very well understood by the mainstream people, that's where you get your loyalty. Real niches can be anything from squashing bugs to furries to loonies (people who have a fetish about balloons). The niches are quite small but as cherrylula said, the traffic is golden!

As for my niche you won't find any of it on youtube or anywhere. No-one wants to touch it and I can't even open merchant accounts with Visa because of squishing bugs, yet they allow you to sell stuff like 'Two girls and one cup" and all other hard core stuff, weird huh! And there is some sex and nudity involved in my niche too, you just got to know where to look!
