It's hard to believe but at 55 I've never eaten duck so I saw them on sale and grabbed one. EIGHTEEN FUKKIN DOLLARS! and smaller than a chicken. That better be one good tasting duck! Also never had lamb until last year and have been getting shoulder steaks which aren't too expensive but I decided to get a whole leg of lamb and have the butcher remove the bone which most recipes call for. On sale, $36.00!! What do they feed lambs, gold plated feed??
