I got one from "admin @ cyberdogsonline.com".... they signed off the message as "The cyberdogsonline team", telling me that there was a problem with my email account and to click the attachment.
Funny thing about it is.... I OWN cyberdogsonline.com! lol

Always take note of that "from" field. It may SAY the email is from your ISP, but if you right-click on the email and check it's properties you'll soon see that it isn't really from your ISP at all. Spammers and virus spreaders can put whatever they want in that damn "from" field.
Think about this though.... if there were little or no virus emails floating around, anti-virus software companies wouldn't make as much money. I've always wondered who is really behind some of these big viri and virus scares.
