I have 2 domains perfect for webcamtraffic. But I need to set up some kind of portal. I am looking for some good script that can do that. Where I can work from a database and not have to make everything in html. I suck at programming so I cant make something like this on my own.

Any ideas of scripts for this, free or not free does not matter.
