Depends on what your goals are.
From a design standpoint:
the buttons on the bottom of the page seem to be duplicating on you.
The flash box you use on your pictures and your testimonial page is linked to the site that you got the script from. Someone clicking on your pictures would rather get a larger picture of you than sent to a website offering a script. If you want a little something more than pics opening to a larger pic you might want to try
Lightbox 2.
Mouse trails are kind of cute at first but eventually get annoying.
I found it interesting that the only nude pic I noticed was on the index.
From a promotional (traffic) standpoint:
I'd add a lot more text to the welcome page. Just like when a new client shows up at your door, welcome them in, make them feel comfortable and then tell them a little about yourself and your services just don't overshadow your services or about me page.
Use keywords like someone mentioned earlier.
Think about adding a blog to your site.
From a monetization standpoint:
Think about adding apparell and sex toys and a "wish list" page
