telling her I have no problem with the bestmovies.com site, since I
pulled the links when I got the 1st email back in March.


I really think that Top Bucks needs to:
1 - send out a mailer about the OnDemand sites no longer being in the
system so that people can finally pull their links.
2 - credit all webmasters with estimated sales based on what they
made the 10 weeks prior to the day the sites were closed (or
whatever the time frame is)


In all honesty, the only reason I have not brought this up on my
board (where it'd get more attention) is that you are advertising
there & I have a long relationship with Top Bucks that, up until now,
has had zero problems. I only posted on your board because I was
getting nowhere with Darlene. I hope that you can see how horrendous
an oversight this was & that my suggestions make sense.

Thanks for the note and yes, I've been discussing this with Kristin and also
Jenn (Do you know Jenn? She my Operations Supervisor). Sorry you didn't get
the answers you needed from Darlene. She is new to the team and industry so
she might have been a bit confused (not sure she was on board when we did
this). As a side note, please always feel free to hit me up for what you
need--I'm happy to help.


We are in fact, in the middle of drafting a new mailer to wm's regarding
this situation. And, I've got Jenn looking into some stats today re: the
wm's who promoted, their avg sales etc to try to get a handle on the
financial impact should we choose to do that. I also understand Kristin is
crediting you for your sale.


Mark, I do appreciate hearing your concerns and yes, we probably could have
handled this better. We were in the middle of a re-launch and I also think
there was some miscommunication on our end--and lack of clarity to
webmasters. You are correct in that we've always had a good business
relationship and I'd like to continue our relationship. That aaid, please
next time just hit me up personally on things like this. I would appreciate
that prior to you posting on the forum. We do care about our webmasters and
have always tried to "get it right".
