Yes, I know about CS and I know about how keeping an existing customer works.
When I'm told "I will NEVER use Top Bucks again" how much more energy do I have to use? I've tried speaking to them on ICQ and thought it was resolved. I've explained it, the email was sent.
I explained it to you that day like Lee and Jenn did as well. How much more time do you want to waste on this subject if you'll never promote us again? I tried to smooth things over with you Mark and thought I had.
And stop saying there was never an email sent. It was sent stating this change would take place on March 31st and to change your links appropriately. You even apologized to me!
