By the way, not that I'm at all aggravated, it would have been nice for someone at CCBill to reply to my emails with a simple navigational path to the cascade management system rather than tossing them. After all, if a client is requesting (TWICE) to have the system installed, it probably means that he doesn't know that it's already there.
Oh, it would have also been nice if I had been told that CCBill does not cascade to Verotel since I mentioned them by name in both of my original inquires.
