Personally, I think there is a shave option built into EVERY affiliate admin - or at least a way to manually "correct" data. Just because it's there does not mean the program has to use it.

I like the NATS back-end for affiliates and 3 of my best selling sponsors use NATS. What I don't like is sponsors that make the sales stats un-fuckingreadable and
sponsors that set their NATS cookie to 1 hour or less.
IN both of those cases, it's the sponsor that's causing the issues, not the software.
CCBill needs a better way to handle affiliate tools other than 3rd party & their stats while detailed take about 5 minutes to load. And where are my referral pages?
No affiliate system is perfect.
