Unfortunately, not going to happen. Fucking greedy assholes... I remember discussion on other board between the owner of one of the largest affiliate programs and other members regarding his adverts on sites like RapidShare etc. His response was something like: "What do you expect from me? After all - it's #12 site in the world, according to Alexa!"
Yes, it is asshole. Also, it's home of CP and all kinds of illegal shit and you support it. But hey - it brings traffic.
