ahuuuumm i believe my detox day ended 12:30 this midday...when i grabbed a big bowl of the pure black gold....no sugar , no milk in it, just the way i like it....that detoxing sucks the way i have to do it, i cant do without coffee, no coffee gives me headeaches and all.
I changed the way i eat already the time when i started with the weight lost thing on this board, i never snack in evening anymore, i never eat white bread, i do not like patatoes, but i eat alot of veggies and tomatoes and cucumber.
The bad habbits i have is, i eat alot of red meat, like steaks and roasted beef, i do also eat alot of chicken and turkey and fish, most of the time i eat low carb food.
Now this detoxing thing like my friends do it???? how the hell you get that carrot juice or spinaze juice thru your throath....its bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkk....
Oh oh and then not to mention when the hose will drop in, i didnt do it, but i was with my girlfriend when she had the hose........i will have a trauma for the rest of my life after seeing what was floating out of her...YUKKKKKKKK.
