No one is going to simply post your banner on their website for free. We all simply work too hard to generate the traffic we have to simply turn around and give it away.
That leaves you a few choices. You could buy ad space. Something I wouldn't recommend at first until you know how well your site is going to convert and determine what type of ROI you might expect.
You can learn to build galleries, freesites, blogs, etc. and generate your own traffic from that.
