Thats easy. Make a free site or tgp gallery with some nice content that follows the rules, and the link lists or tgps will put a link to that free site or gallery where people can see and click on your cool banner. Nobody is going to give you traffic or exposure for free. You got to grasp hold of the symbiotic relationship with lists and tgps, learn to make google like you or pay cash for traffic. That's your only three choices right now.
Dealing with link lists and TGPs is the easiest free way, buying traffic sort of defeats the purpose (if you buy traffic it might as well go right to a sponsor) and dealing with google is like getting a greedy schizophrenic to do you a favor.
Once you get some traffic, you can do link trades, but that comes a little later.
