I agree Maggi. I get emails often asking why a site was rejected. I answer ALL of them, and have never had a problem with a disgruntled submitter.
It could be an email filter problem, though. I have an email filter, and some of my submissions are marked as *SPAM*. I have my filter set so I can get ALL email to my LL, even the spam ones. (Although, I may miss some because of so much spam in that folder
) Other people may not do that, so in some cases, those spam emails are sent straight to the trash.
