Loads fast for me too and I'm just over the hump from Jicky Jack.
If it's still happening, the problem might be in the firewall hardware. I helped out a friend that owns a hosting company with this same problem. Some locations loaded lightning fast, some extremely slow and others would just simply timeout. Tt turns out that there was a hic-up in the firewall and resetting it fixed the problem.
