I seem to have contracted some spyware or pop-up crap from I don't know where. I am pretty sure Greenguy didn't just add 400 pop-ups to his new sites page

Good thing I have the Google toolbar which blocks pop-ups. But gees... 400 pop-ups blocked on Greenguy... and 900 blocked when going to Tommys. System is slow as hell.

Anybody have ideas as how to remove this shit. I have run my Ad Aware 6... but it doesn't seem to find anything out of the ordinary?
