I know of no diplomatic manner of expressing my reaction to that post, so I'm just going to spit it out: that's fucking idiotic.
The strictest of rules allow the submitter to place three ads per page, and the submitter ought to use them. Build to makes sales, not to impress your fellow webmasters with your uncluttered design skills.
Also, the one thing these bozos failed to notice was that you have a Movie Room ad on a gallery page with some other sponsor's content. That's a giant no-no. Please only advertise the content owner's sites on your gallery pages.
