It arguably wont bring you a lot of benefits, but at the same time, there's not much harm in it.
Is it worth the time it takes to do it? The tests I did say it's probably not. That is, I couldn't see any sign that it really affected positions or traffic.
Still, there's sometimes a bit of emotional satisfaction in it - knowing I'm doing my part not to add relevance to the sponsor over my own pages.
