I don't always do it, but I do have Blogs Automater set to add the nofollow attribute to all links in sponsor RSS feeds. I know Google has changed how they distribute link juice and right now it just evaporates on nonfollow links, but since they could decide to switch back to their former method at any time, and since BA adds the nofollow with no work or time on my part, I'll keep doing that for awhile yet.
