I doubt bouncers are allowed to put you in a strangle hold to the point where you pass out and then throw you down flights of stairs. That kind of thing only happens in movies usually, so you may have grounds to sue the club for what happened. Didn't the girl or your friends tell the bouncers why the fight started? If there are any cameras on any buildings showing the front of the club, you may be able to ID the group that came around and beat you up again as well if this went to court. |
Yea They told them afterward. They did not seem to care. I have already hook up with a attorney. I look like a hot mess also. At least me friend did not get hurt.
