I do agree with you. As I stated when my gun isn't in use it is taken apart, the firing pin is removed, the gun barrel with a coated cable and locked so it couldn't be but together with ease. And the parts are locked in a lock box. I had to take a 8 hour safty class on proper handeling etc etc.. And I do not store ammo. If I need it I would buy just enough to shoot at the range or store.
I respect and I am also scared of it. But again as I said a gun is safe with proper handeling.
