a long time ago in a far away place - they used to be done in order of importance - now it seems they are just thrown together in the order they are found or some random mix to throw off any SEO attempts by people - but who knows - Google may have some magical elixer that says that a PR3 4 page free site is more important than a LL thats been around since 1996
