I'm assuming you have a 'hub' page, which would normally be your domains main index page.
If you have, you need to make mirror pages of your submitted free sites, with 1 recip back to your hub page on each mirror, to feed traffic back.
Use your hub pages to send traffic to your free sites that you haven't submitted, e.g.
www.domain.com/freesite/hubsite/ and build your gallery pages with html pages so you can advertise on those too.
