Kids are great, Appu. You can teach them to hate the things you hate and they practically raise themselves now-a-days, you know, with the internet and all

ah, jeez. I was kind of hoping that when I saw Jay had posted to this thread again, it would be to tell the truth about what really happened. Since he won't, I guess I will.

the true story is that Jay did time for for his drug offenses, then he put up a couple webpages hoping for sympathy (I guess).

Then, he was put on probation and had a scheduled court date that he did not show up for, and he got 30 more days for a probation violation.

I guess he thinks he would be looked upon as some sort of 21st century, Bill of Rights hero if he attributed his incarceration to a webpage that the courts probably never even saw (I did a Google search for the sherriff's name, and his site never came up) rather than the fact that he is a flake.

actually, he is very lucky he was in GA when he did this, a probation violation in CA would have cost him at least a year

So, what Jay is really telling us is that he is unreliable, and will make excuses, pinning the blame on others when he fails to follow through on obligations.

I am sure he is very reliable when it comes to traffic trades though.

Why did I come out of lurking to make this my first post? Well, I read his tale of woe on other boards (like I am sure everyone has) and when I called him on some inconsistencies some of those choosing to believe him jumped on me like I was the bad guy. Even Jay implied that I had the same attitude as the judge, when the honorable thing to do would be admit I was right.

He deserves no sympathy for being an idiot.
