Find out what people like or are looking for as a surfer, see what tools other programs are using, and most of learn the different strategies fro gaining QUALITY traffic. Take a month or 6 weeks to read as many boards as possible. In the meantime keep producing content and you'll have all you need to start the site and room to expand.
