I seem to be almost human again after a day of poisoned stomach hell.
Yesterday I was sick as hell all due to ingesting a small amount of bleach that I used to clean a used water cooler that I got last Tuesday.
I had poured some bleach in it to clean it out but it seems that I didn't get all the bleach out of it before using it to make a couple of cups of tea.
The water cooler is now in my shower with hot water running through it for a couple of hours to be sure that there is no more bleach in it.
Just a day of trying to play catchup since I spent most of yesterday either in bed or the bathroom.
