Seriously, get a job.
If you are brand new and do not know how to drive traffic, and a lot of it, you are nowhere close to making $1000 a month anytime soon. As you said, tubes sites are everywhere and so are tgp's, mgp's, linklists, blogs, hubs, seo pages and just free porn in general. It's just not a good time to jump into the industry. With that...I wish you luck, you are going to need it.
