1st thing I'd do is tighten things up a bit - there's alot of unnecessary space on the 1st & 2nd pages
The Premium Pay & Free sites should be in the same font as the rest of the page (looks to be the defualt font right now)
You also might want to use mouseovers on those (would you as a surfer click on a link that has the word "cash" in it?)
The category pages also look like they could be tightened up a bit
I'd right align the cell that the link titles are in so that they are next to the descriptions (would make it easier to read the coorisponding description)
All in all, a good start
