I still have the same problem.

I've tried out the following configurations:

Browsers (all cookies enabled, low security level):

Opera 6.03
Navigator 4.75
Internet Explorer 6
Lynx

Platforms: OpenBSD 3.2, Win98

Connection: PPPoE (DSL)
