Peppers are a good way to cleanse your system and check your health. The pepper aggravates your colon causing it to hiccup thereby removing more “stuff”. Depending on your overall health you should digest the pepper completely. Although some people think peppers are “tracer foods”.
If the pepper is not digesting and evidence of this will come from the other end then you may want to take another look at the type of meals you ingest and the frequency of each meal.
