Komodo Edit for PHP/CSS/HTML (I don't know why I use it, I hate it. But I'm used to it)
GIMP/Photoshop Elements. Sometimes I have to use both on the same image to get what I want done. (I'm not well versed in either)
DigitalColor Meter (Mac, there is a similar app for Windows) -- It's for grabbing color hex codes from anything on screen. I use it when trying to choose colors for web designs
