The watermarks are there because the current incarnation of MovieRoom is a white label of DVDbox. In case you're wondering, you could do it too.
You host your tour, they host the content. They also process the payments for you. MovieRoom is different because they have their own affiliate program, stats system and pay their affiliates directly.
