I thought the Bettie Page Trust is the exclusive owner of the name, likeness, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property of Bettie Page. In fact I believe the Trust filed a federal lawsuit against two parties earlier this year for infringing on their trademark.

So is this site using content with permission of the Bettie Page Trust, and do you really have their permission to claim ownership of their trademarks?
