In theory, if you could somehow pull of cinematic magic and show those acts positively i.e. she wanted to do it and actually enjoys it, then yes, you have them in there. But in practice... I doubt it.
The real question is... does ANYONE actually like the idea of double anal? From what I've heard the two guys are usually squirming because their dicks are touching (although having them inside a woman's rectum means they can't catch the gay so it's safe).
