I'm not sure what all they have for softcore promotional content, but Nubiles.net is better than any other site I've tried converting babes/teen traffic. I have a 15 month rebill running right now off a FHG that I posted on a my fake TGP like 5 years ago. They have a huge collection of promo tools and will hook you up with custom stuff if they know you're serious and you ask for it.
