Morning all. Just spent an hour on the phone with an ATT tech who finally figured out what I though all along, they downgraded my account by mistake to the slower speed. I had DSL with them about 5 years ago, cancelled, then got it again about 2 years ago at the fast speed. Every once in awhile, the look at the old slow account and say, oh, we need to throttle her speed!
This tech seemed on the ball, and hopefully it won't happen again. I'm now cruizing again at 5 - 6 Mbps
