I finally broke down yesterday and took some Generic Clariton from Walmart, it has helped a lot. I was just taking some alka-seltzer cold plus when the symptoms got too bad for me to stand, but daily treating it seems to be helping, as I'm surrounded by desert ragweed in bloom with winds.
Only side effect seems to be dry mouth.
