My problem is my sugar starting to go up, and weight having a hard time coming off, cause I'm eating too many carbs...even veggie carbs. I have found increasing my protein, decreasing my carbs, it is stopping the cravings, and my sugar is getting more normal. Not an atkins, but more like 50% protein per meal, instead of about 10% or so I was doing.
Are you Vegan, or a lactose / ovo-lactose vegetarian? I was strictly lactose, but started adding the ovo too.
