Still raining here but they say it should stop today.
Yesterday was not a good day for electronics.
Had to go over to Foxy's place yesterday since she said that her computer had a kernel panic and then her external drives would no longer mount. Discover that someone had plugged both ends of the FireWire chain plus the middle of the chain into the FireWire hub resulting in all the Firewire ports blown on two drives and complete data loss on another. Going to see if WD sells parts for their cases or if we need to buy third party cases to put the drives in. Either that or leave them as much slower drives connected via USB since the USB ports still work on these drives.
Then while I'm at Foxy's place a tranny, that was there to do a shoot, stepped on her Macbook cracking its screen. I was like WTF since earlier that day while I was at the gym a guy sat on his iPhone that he was keeping in his back pocket cracking its screen.
Eating couscous with peanuts and cranberries for breakfast and then just another thrilling day of playing tech and smut peddler.
